Who is IDeal for?

Freelancers, small businesses and teams who agree on work, sales or partnerships with other people and want everyone to approve the same version. The IDeal team runs the platform from an admin console.

What happens when someone wants different terms?

They request changes on the current version, and the deal’s creator proposes a new one. Everyone can see what changed, and every required party decides again on the new version.

When does a deal lock?

When every required party has approved the current version. From then on that version is read-only and kept with its history.

How are identity documents protected?

Documents sit in private storage and are opened by the IDeal team only through short-lived signed links. Review decisions are recorded.

Does the AI decide anything?

No. The assistant drafts and suggests; people decide. Only the deal’s creator can turn a suggestion into a new version, and it still needs every party’s approval. It is not legal advice.

Are the previews on this page live data?

No. They are simplified working copies of the IDeal screens with demo people, deals and amounts. Nothing you click is saved or sent.

Which languages are available?

This website is in English, French, Arabic and German. The mobile app is currently available in English and French.

In detail

Keep the approved record

The approved version becomes read-only and remains linked to its history. Structured contracts carry an integrity hash, and the archive records the terms and decisions. A visual mark on a PDF is separate from the approval workflow.

  • Read-only approved terms
  • Version and decision history
  • No claim of legal validity in every jurisdiction

Understand what is available

Plan prices are indicative configuration values. This marketing website does not sell subscriptions, charge cards or manage payments. The previews use demonstration data; clicking them does not create or alter a real agreement.

  • No working checkout or subscription purchase
  • Demo activity is clearly identified
  • Review current availability before choosing a plan
